Talking with people like Property Managers who are local in their markets and also local bankers is a great strategy to understand the realities of markets. Remember that RE is LOCAL! We have to stay in touch with those who know the realities of the local market. Also, it's really never too late to get started in real estate even though it certainly can feel like you've missed the boat.
