• The Haunts of Charleston and Savannah, Part One | Grave Talks CLASSIC
    Jun 1 2025
This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE!

Charleston’s skeletons hide behind pastel facades, Savannah’s beneath Spanish moss—but bring a thermal camera and both cities confess in glowing detail. In this episode of The Grave Talks, Tony sits down with Kris Olson, Julie DeMoura, and Sean Reid—the restless spirits behind Charleston Paranormal and Real Haunted Savannah. From Revolutionary-era forts to fire-scarred row homes, they unpack the low-country locations where history refuses to stay buried. Expect firsthand accounts of shadow men pacing antebellum hallways, cursed dolls that drain battery packs on sight, and the gear these investigators trust when a polite “is anyone here?” just won’t cut it. Thinking about tagging along on a public hunt? Here’s your sneak peek at what really happens once the tour groups go home and the K-II meters come out to play.

  • Red Drips on the Wall: What Lived in the Flat?
    May 31 2025
On this episode, we dig into a chilling account from Cape Town, where a small converted flat becomes the stage for an escalating series of unexplainable events. It began with the feeling of being watched—but soon, things took a darker turn. Strange red drips appeared on the walls. A disembodied voice whispered a warning in the dead of night. And something—something loud and angry—slammed from within the very walls of the home.

As emotional turmoil gripped the couple inside, the house seemed to react in kind. Was this the manifestation of stress and fear... or was something else feeding off it? We explore the line between the psychological and the supernatural in a story that leaves more questions than answers.

  • The Haunts of George Pearis Cemetery, Part Two | Grave Talks CLASSIC
    May 31 2025
This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE!

As the memories of the living fade from one generation to the next, unfortunately, so too do the resting places for their bodies. The George Pearis Cemetery in Virginia seems to be one of those places. Once a prominent resting place for a captain of the Revolutionary War, it now sits overgrown with weeds, trees, and natural elements, slowly taking over a plot of land lined with moss-covered gravestones that time and much of the living world have forgotten. Today, it seems that there may be more activity from the dead inside the stone gates of this cemetery than anyone alive, including TB patients, war fatalities, the ghost of a little boy whose life tragically ended in a hunting rifle accident, and many others. Today, we learn about the ghosts of The George Pearis Cemetery with paranormal investigator Jake Fife. This is Part Two of our conversation.
