Even with years of training, there may be seasons where you don’t feel like singing—and you’re not even sure *why*. Here’s 3 areas to address that might help move from a place of vocal silence to singing freely again:

    1. Vocal and Physical Challenges – “My voice is not like what it used to be.” Where to start getting back on track with body alignment and vocal technique.

    2. Heart Hurt – “People don’t want to hear me sing.” Past experiences, traumas, or negative comments that might have stayed with you, resulting in a loss of confidence.

    3. Crushed Spirit – “I’m not sure I can still go after my dreams.” Disappointments, lost opportunities, or unfulfilled promises from God might leave you feeling hesitant to dream again.

This episode will help you form an action plan - both for a practical baby-step you can do today to start singing again, along with bigger next steps to finding growth and freedom in your voice long-term!
