Ben's conversations cover a variety of health-related topics, all relevant to helping individuals take control of their personal health. Some goes against "conventional wisdom" and thereby causes his listeners to really rethink what they have previously been taught. Ben always puts evidence-based science to the test....BRAVO!

Dr. Yosi was incredible to listen to. His knowledge blew me away. My body took a big hit in 2022 from Covid. I was compromised dramatically. After listening to this episode i immediately ordered methelyne blue and a Red Light. I'm in my mid 60's so i had minimal faith that i would ever recover. This protocol gives me hope. Thank you Ben for bringing this knowledge into my world. And deep gratitude to Dr. Yoshi for the work he is doing! I've cared for an ALS patient in the past. Its a fierce disease. To extend life as well as quality of life is truly a miracle with ALS. Elena Romero

Thank you for this interview! So many people need to hear this information. When people find out I don't eat vegetables, the first general thing they tell me is that I'm not going to get enough vitamins and my health is going to suffer. I don't even tell anybody anymore because, for some reason, everybody wants to argue with me about it (even though my health has improved exponentially). Lately, I just move vegetables around on my plate and hope they don't say anything to me because I have a hard time explaining the science of it to people with no medical background. This information is plain, clear, and concise, I feel like I can share this and help people understand. Thanks again! :)

This makes sense!
