funny lore idea

in this episode he says that the mace is going to kill Steve if he uses it, then ends with "until he respawns" What if the mace has an ability th intently respawn on contact instead of stoping fall damge? we don't exactly know what the heavy core is made of, and the handle is a breeze rod, which can be crafted into a breeze charge that prevents fall damage. also, the heavy core kind of looks like a loadstone block, which can mess with the compace, which normally point to the spawn point.
