    Hi and welcome to The Magic of Nature Podcast. This is a space to help you relax, let go of anxiety and get to sleep if you need to. It is also a space to reconnect with Nature.

    Our busy modern lives can sometimes mean that we are very disconnected from the natural world. We forget the magic and beauty of birdsong, of opening flower buds, of leaves rustling in the breeze. Reconnecting with the rest of the natural world can be hugely beneficial for us and can help to ease anxiety, relax us and clear our minds.

    This episode is a relaxation and a guided story to help us relax, let go of our worries and connect with one of the wonders of Nature….an emerging seedling. I wrote this relaxation to help you to relax, feel calm and safe and get a good night's sleep.

    Hi and welcome to ‘The Magic of Nature Podcast’. This is a space to help you reconnect to the natural world which can really help you with relaxation, improved sleep and increased well-being.

    My name is Nicola and it is lovely to meet you!

    I look forward to you joining me to enjoy some original stories, guided relaxations and tips to help you to reconnect to the natural world all around us.

    I am a counsellor and psychotherapist and have been helping people manage anxiety for over ten years. Anxiety can have a huge impact on your life and this space is designed to help your brain to relax and ease your anxiety. It can also help you to drift off nicely to sleep.

    I am also passionate about the benefits of connecting with Nature and helping out the natural world wherever we can. If you are also interested in this then this is the space for you!

    There will be new episodes every fortnight, all based around Nature.

    It is lovely to have you here and I look forward to connecting with you on this journey.
