    This time in the Magick Kitchen we are welcoming back the amazing and wise Nicholas Pearson. We tackle the difficulty of this inauguration and the challenges we might be facing, and provide solutions and ideas for empowerment through it all.

    Nicholas Pearson has been immersed in all aspects of the mineral kingdom for more than 30 years. He began teaching crystal workshops in high school, later studying mineral science at Stetson University while pursuing a degree in music. He worked for several years at the Gillespie Museum, home to the largest mineral collection in the southern United States. A certified teacher and practitioner of Usui Reiki Ryoho, he teaches crystal and Reiki classes throughout the United States. He lives in Orlando, Florida. Their traditional education focused on Plant Science, Anthropology, and Film at the University of R.I, New York University, and the University of London, and their magickal training includes numerous initiations in Santeria (also known as Lucumi), Haitian Vodoun, and New Orleans Voodoo. They are a published Black author of Voodoo and Afro-Caribbean Paganism, Love Magic, the best selling Orishas, Goddesses and Voodoo Queens.     Cat Cookie Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup oat flour (grind oats if you don't have oat flour)
    1/3 cup pure pumpkin purée
    320g tuna from a can (with the liquid)
    1 teaspoon dried catnip

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
    2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until you have a well-mixed dough.
    3. Roll out the dough between two sheets of wax paper.
    4. Cut the dough into fun shapes or bite-sized pieces.
    5. Place the pieces on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
    6. Let the cookies cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
