It has been a hot minute (this will get dated fast..) and I apologize! In this episode I talk a little bit about the psychological struggles of building a business while being a mom...or being a mom while building a business. What does it really take to for me to keep my sanity while taking care of three children, keeping my marriage intact, not living too much like a slob, and buidling a profitable business? I do believe that building a business is first a mental game. There is a mental toughness and perspective required to keep calm and stay consistent.

It has been so fun learning how to build a business! One of my favorite things to learn about is marketing. Probably because I used to undervalue and underestimate it before. But as I am trying to build this business and get more people into my world, it's been a pleasant surprise to learn that marketing is actually fun and not icky! Today I want to share a marketing concept that has completely blown my mind and provides me with hours of fun just thinking about it and strategizing based on this concept.
