We took a road trip to Payette, Idaho to attend the PNW Seminis Onion Experience +. The Onion Experience is not a typical field day. Many Seminis varieties were on display, but also Carbon Robotics and Parabug were invited to show off their new technology.

First, Scott Hendricks, Seminis onion breeder, discusses new yellow varieties Hatchet and Almanzoro, which are now available and what is coming in the next couple years.
