About this listen
This week on The ALTER Tapes, Mark and Sharai discuss Guillermo Carbonell’s short ‘The Plague’ (2017). We talk about old people in boxes and police damaging personal property because they know they can get away with it.
Premise: One night Rosa wakes up when she hears that someone is breaking in to her house. Then she discovers that the "burglar" is her own father, that again has escaped from the retirement home where he lives. Just as Rosa is calling the retirement home, somebody knocks on the door. Then, that night gets even weirder.
