Today I was joined by Sam and Oliver, Founders of Morgan Latif a specialist Search and Leadership Consultancy operating into Life Sciences and Industrial Sectors across the UK and EU.

Almost 12 months since they launched their business, these guys have had a great first year despite the recent market conditions.

In this episode we talked about why after only 6 months, they decided to go against the norm and invest in growing the brand with the aim of being widely recognised and winning business online. Most notably Sam said that they wanted to be seen as ’thought leaders’ and in 2020 the most achievable way they could achieve this fast was through building content both for and with their candidates and clients.

Currently in the early stages of producing their own Podcast - Coaching You Through Crisis, they are already seeing the benefits of working closely with other market leaders to add value to their community.
