I'm loving the Audible podcast stories. Michael Connelly has never written anything I didn't like, and this way of bringing his story to life was immersive and enthralling. I didn't want it to end. Do it again, please!

This was an amazing series and it’ll certainly keep you to the end if you have time. The story may have been a bit leading/predictable, but still had me all the way to the end.

Gripping Story!

My dad introduced me to old time radio shows back in the 80s. My favorite one was a show called The Whistler. I would listen to these shows on my Walkman at night in my room with the lights off with only my imagination. I bring all this up because this series reminded me so much of that time some 40 years ago. The acting by this cast was spectacular, and the use of sound and music really drew me into the story. I know people these days love to watch a show rather than listen to an audio drama. But there’s something about picturing a scene in your mind that has always appealed to me. As I’m sure you can tell, I really enjoyed this dramatization. I didn’t know what to expect when I started, but I’m glad I did. I also believe you will as well.
