As servers, we all have seen the racial prejudice, heard the sly jokes, and it is time to talk about the impact these have and how we can be better. We cannot turn a blind eye any longer, it is our turn to shed light on this issue and help the progress being made to fight for the justice and equality for black people. The time to help one another and show real empathy that will produce real action is now.
