In this report I have gathered information from many sources in order to put together a narrative on what Covid-19 is and what it may do based on scientific evidence that is known at this time. I have tried to speculate as little as possible beyond what is obvious from the quoted source material. My goal is to better educate and inform the public about the Covid-19 pandemic by looking at a past pandemic, HIV. I have found that there are quite a few similarities between Covid-19 and HIV even though they are two different organisms. I believe that understanding these similarities can help us better understand Covid-19.
