    Mar 10 2025

The Brown family tries to beat the heat both in terms of the Vegas summer and the simmering tension within their family. So off to California, though it does little to help Hunter and the other teenagers' mood. Dr. Adam takes a look at Robyn's continued effort to force her place in the family, and Ysabel temporarily moving in with Meri. Lots to talk about!

  • Sister Wives 3.6 - The Wives Diet Woes (guest starring Sarah of Realitea Squad)
    Mar 3 2025

    Let's discuss!

Dr. Adam is joined by Sarah of Realitea Squad, Sarah Spills, and the Mostly Harmless podcast to discuss one of the most revealing episodes of Sister Wives at this stage in the show. The wives hit the gym together and reveal a lot about themselves and each other. Plus, yet another outsider visits the Brown family to see what makes them tick. Also, several Star Wars references because Adam can't help himself, apparently.

    Feb 24 2025

The Brown family takes a trip to Kody's hometown for Mustang Days and to further their new public lives. The communication between Kody and his childhood best friend Ken shows a lot about the difference in power between the two of them, as well as Kody's need for acceptance from people outside of his family. Plus: boats!

Really really enjoyable

I started this podcast because I love sister wives, but I stayed for Dr.Adam. He provides thoughtful feedback and insight into the show and communication topics in general. More than that, he comes across like a friend. This podcast has become a very happy place for me. I highly recommend it.

Insightful

Love the non judgmental and ultimately fair dive into the characters. Enjoy learning more about non verbal communication and interactions between people.
