OMG. I usually have trouble falling asleep, but Erik Braa's voice is like caramel being poured over ice cream. So smooth. I am usually asleep before the end of Chapter 2.

I wish there was a recording of Mr. Braa reading the whole story.

When I’m having issues falling asleep, Erik Braa is always my backup plan. This podcast works like a charm, every time. I especially enjoy the stories which I read as a kid — Winnie the Pooh, wind in the willows, etc. This podcast calms my nerves and helps me relax.

I have had insomnia for many years due to anxiety and PTSD. I have 3 separate medications needed most nights to sleep. Until I came across Erik on the Calm App. His soothing voice had a feeling of protection for me, and I began to breathe and release and allow myself to fall asleep. So grateful for the Sleepytime Braacast which is helping me to sleep medication free more often

15 stars. Highly recommend.

Works like charm. I don’t think I’ve ever made it to the end of a reading. My minor criticism is that most of the selections are not to my taste.
