This episode delves into the transformative power of the somatic Enneagram, exploring when it's appropriate to engage with this practice and how it can lead to deeper self-awareness and healing. The discussion highlights the importance of becoming open to internal experiences and the role of the inner observer in navigating and integrating our most challenging emotions and defense mechanisms. The conversation emphasizes that true transformation lies in including every aspect of ourselves and suggests that this method, while not for everyone, is most effective for those ready to seek beyond conventional methods.
