In the Ravenloft Domain of Dread, known as Dementlieu, everyone fights to appear higher in the social hierarchy than they actually are to appeal to the ruthless Duchess Saidra d'Honaire, especially those invited to her weekly Masquerade. Kezia, the Warlock, Solomon, the Bard, Anais, the Cleric, Bash, the Fighter, and Seyine, the Ranger, have all been invited to the Masquerade this week. As they journey to the d'Honaire estate for the party, they are escorted by the ever-optimistic half-elvin paladin, Jahnee Medani. All must be on their most elegant behavior or face the wrath of the Duchess!
