This is so cool to hear this world class fossil site is on the east coast! I planned to drive through the area in a couple weeks for a graduation so it was fascinating to hear the history and accessibility right in time.
This is an entertaining interview with a passionate expert. I will get so much more out of my visit with this info.
I had planned a trip out to the badlands fossil beds, but it just may be able to scratch that explorer itch for a lot less travel time.
