Love it. it's like you are in my head lol

Hey there i just found you today and so excited!!!
I am a leasing consultant. I have been in the the industry for 20 years. I have been at this property for 3 1/2 years . We have had 6 asst. Managers and 4 managers at this property since I started .I love my property I love my residents I am the only consistent person that's been there and the residends really only lean on me. They trust me. This property is my baby.. my new manager is great she was the asst Mgr and got promoted.. I was offered the job but that is just not for me. I love what I do. My problem is I bust my ass and I feel like I can never win. Again I have been there for 3 1/2 years I have never been wrote up (if you look at the reviews it shows) sorry had to toot my own horn for a sec) lol or anything until the last couple months with her. I did deserve the write up but then I got a coaching that was bullshit. When I am there I stay till almost 630 every night when everyone is quick to walk out at 6 leaving me to do all the closing task. Again I am fine with that it's just the feeling I have every day if she is going ro be in a good mood or be shitty to me. I have started looking but I don't wanna leave my property. I will not go to upper management because I don't want to call any one out and make things messy. I am just stuck and the weakling because I just want to have a positive and amazing team. Thank you for letting me vent.
