    This is an advanced distress tolerance skill building exercise, "Listening to Now." It helps us live in the present moment. I am continuing to share my journey and add to my tool box with techniques, skills, and ways to self-soothe. We will explore exercises to feel empowered when we might encounter painful scenarios to thrive and center ourselves. I am hopeful that these exercises may help us feel relaxed and fulfilled.
