I found this podcast by searching and it has dramatically improved my work and my spiritual, emotional, physical health. I am excited that they have so many options to choose from to listen. I've listened on different platforms. If you are any kind of neuro-nerd or just a human being interested in how human minds and bodies work, then you should listen. The topics are varied and yet connected. I've been able to see patterns in my own life and my client's lives. Great information and great delivery.

This podcast has all the answers! Actually, what it is is a very enjoyable explanation of innumerable facets of being a human in relationship with other humans. I was able to arrive at my own answers and have listened to certain episodes 3-5 times over the last 6 months.

I have found many useful tools to use personally, in my marriage, parenting, friendships and really all my relationships. I really love listening to them in my car when I have a few 30 minutes or so. it helps to hear new perspectives!
