He also outlines the pending Food Insecurity Conference coming Oct 17th from 12-3pm to help the 9 area food pantries and how to manage the rapid increase in need.

    This week, Tom outlines the proposal in front of the City Council to spend the Casino Revenue $7 million dollars concerning education, non-profit assistance, RAVE Entertainment and improvements for those buildings, Police and Fire Equipment, The Rockford Peaches Museum and Arts and Culture. In addition, he recaps his scheduled Mayor’s Hunger Luncheon Oct 4th.
