    She’s sailed around the world six times in total, including sailing single-handedly nonstop around the world in both directions

    In 2006 she became the first woman to sail solo, non-stop, around the world against the prevailing winds and currents and was awarded an MBE in recognition of her achievement.

    There's not many people you can say they've achieved such great things….male or female!
