Happy November, everyone! 🍁 In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I had the special opportunity to sit down with my dad to talk about his insights on gratitude. We touched on the almost unbelievable benefits it brings, like becoming more agreeable, open, conscientious, warm, trusting, altruistic, and so much more.
