Biased and unproven claims

The "Opportunist" is definitely trying to take the opportunity to find guilt where no guilt has been proven. As investigative journalists, I would expect them to diligently seek answers and evidence from both sides before creating an ENTIRE Podcast season dedicated to a topic. Not only does the Journalist NOT perform their due diligence, they did in fact dedicate an entire season to an open investigation where they have not even reviewed all the information that has been released to the public.
