About this listen
Between Dr. Google, the internet as a whole, and tracking apps like Life360, we have access to too much info. Full stop. To begin Episode 16, Danielle drops one bit of info that we all should know – she recently took a job as the co-host of a new morning show on WZLX FM radio in Boston. Then she and Cheryl chat about how, overall, it’s exhausting how we have fingertip-access to so…much…information these days. Basically, they ask - is it healthy to be “smart” or is ignorance bliss? They discuss cognitive overload (it’s a thing) and what steps you can take to avoid it, as well as how to back away from all that excess info to decompress, from digital detox to meditation. Dare we say, should we turn a “know it all” into a “no” to it all?
