It has a notorious drug interaction with omeprazole Olmesartan is an ARB that can be used for hypertension. Hyperkalemia is an electrolyte imbalance that can be caused by its use. Tiotropium is an anticholinergic medication that can open the airway. It is most commonly used for COPD.
