About this listen

We live in an increasingly anxious world, where feelings of uncertainty, unease and worry are commonplace. In this series Sarah Wilson explores ways of turning our fretful minds into something purposeful, meaningful and beautiful.

In Make Anxiety Your Superpower, Sarah speaks with 10 people living with different flavours of anxiety, in honest and open conversations about their shared experience. From panic attacks to high functioning anxiety and control, Sarah listens to these incredible, yet all too familiar, stories and shares her philosophy and practical tips to not only help reframe anxiety, but to go one step further...to make it our superpower.

Sarah Wilson is a best-selling author, podcaster and thought leader. She founded the international I Quit Sugar movement, and wrote the New York Times best seller First, We Make the Beast Beautiful, which Mark Manson described as 'the best book on living with anxiety that I’ve ever read'.

This project is presented solely for educational and entertainment purposes. It is not intended as a substitute for the advice of a physician, professional coach, psychotherapist or other qualified professional.

I love how this series is set up and I'm finding it so helpful listening to other people's experience with anxiety. It reminds me that I'm not alone. Sarah's suggestions and tools that she shares are something that I can apply to my life. In every episode I catch myself relating to something that has been said. I find it most helpful to get guidence from experts who have actually lived with anxiety, whether it be and therapist, author or podcast creator. Thank you Sarah for helping me in my healing!
