Deb gives an overview of Passover and its all complexities, including unleavened foods, grains, foods from different regions, Seder traditions, etc. There are rabbit holes, and they are DELIGHTFUL. The group dishes about all the foods: lamb shank, horseradish, parsley, eggs, haroset, gefilte fish, matzo ball soup, brisket, potato kugel, tzimmes, liver, matzo brei (sweet and savory), macaroons, matzo crack.
