Akash started his career in forensic accounting consulting where he worked with fortune 100 clients including Chipotle and Disney. Looking for a change, he ventured into M&A during the downturn of the oil market in 2015-2016. This work led Akash to start his own consulting firm serving startup companies in Austin. After selling this business, he zigged once more with a desire to work with larger clients at MorrisAnderson. 

You wouldn’t think a conversation about balance sheets and forecasts would lead to a warm discussion about people. But, turning around a business is most impactful with in-tune senior management. As with many industries, successful outcomes are fostered by a strong connected culture.
