Dr. Hoekstra is a board-certified psychologist and licensed clinician in the state of Minnesota, with over 24 years of experience in clinical psychology. Dr. Hoekstra holds a Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine (DBSM) and has specialized training in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders such as insomnia, circadian rhythm issues, and shift work-related sleep challenges.
