Our job is to share the good news of God with as many people as we can. There is so much that we learn from the farmer in this parable about how we do this well. We also have the responsibility to ask ourselves, "what kind of soil am I?".

In the story of the man with leprosy, Jesus healed the leper because of his faith that Jesus had the power to heal. However, in the story of the paralytic, Jesus healed the man because of his friends great faith in Jesus. Jesus heals us individually and through the power of our community. We all are called to respond to this healer in faith!
