The ultimate gamer beginning, as this was the original of the original six #NES games for our Christmas present in 1988! This is the beginning of great platformers and games that are played on more than one screen. Super #Mario Brothers is the game that rescued the video industry from the 1983 crash! #retrogames

Here is our annual Halloween special, and we return to the great Castlevania series, with Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest on the NES! This is easily the most underappreciated of the NES trilogy, mostly because of the cryptic nature of the whole "Where do I go?" style this game portrays. Once you have some type of guide, this game is incredibly fun. The graphics and colors of this game far surpass the original, making this easily one of the best-looking overall games on the NES in 1988.
