Curt is visiting from Iowa for a regional training of land pros centered around Deer Steward Level 1 certification through the National Deer Association (NDA). 2024 Spring Turkey Season Opener! Shawn and Mike get together for opening morning and head to "Turkey Ridge"! Yes, the same Turkey Ridge where Shawn killed his 10 pointer with the bow last fall! The name rang true as 5-6 gobblers erupted, causing Mike and Shawn to change strategies! Shawn has been promising to call Mike in his first bird and he certainly held up his end of the bargain. In fact, he called in two! An opening day double! What a way to start the season!

Austin started hunting some public land hunting this year and had great success with a 10 pointer. In this episode, Mike visits Shawn's Man Cave again in North Carolina to discuss why YOU might want to do business with US! Shawn gives a quick update to let everyone know that, despite what you may hear, the sky is NOT falling! Mike further supports this by celebrating Shawn's record year in 2023! They then go into a discussion about what separates them from other real estate agents. They clearly have a passion for what they do! The knowledge they have about land is a tremendous resource! They are willing to "get out of the truck" and learn every inch of the property and see it's potential. They don't just sell the lifetyle, they live it!
