    The Battle for Germany has ended in the North the Global Defense Initiative has one and, in the south, the Scrin have a Beach head for the next Stage of their plan. The true Germany Government is an Exile hiding in Ukraine and building the German Liberation Army or GLA (Not that GLA). The Brotherhood of Nod lost a lot of Prestige. So much so that there is rumors that a member of the Inner Circle is going to rebel against Kane. While in the nonpolitical world scouts from all sides have discovered armies of Scrin are marching through the Scrin Towers. While in the sky Astronomers are detecting a new fleet of Scrin craft coming to the Earth. So, what is to be done but of course a party in Berlin?

    There is no denying it now the Scrin are going to win near Munich the land around it has become a desert. All our forces are trying to do now is hold back the Scrin as the last citizen's escape. We know that the next battle after this is the last battle of the War. We put up an amazing fight but the end is near. The Brotherhood takes the rebel government and accept them as the true Germen government in Exile. It is believed that with the German beach head the Scrin have already started building another tower. It is believed that both the Italian and German towers will flood the Earth with the next Invasion. With a possibility of them also coming from the sky. Humanity is completely surrounded and there is no way to keep from the next fight. But will we follow that or some thing else. Stay Tuned to the Voice of Kane

    The end of this campaign draws near the Rebels and the Brotherhood did all they could to keep this from happening but there was no stopping it at different time it looked like the Brotherhood could have taken the Southern Theater but then the Scrin came down on them like a ton of bricks, but the War isn't over maybe just maybe the rebels can pull a victory out of near total defeat.

While in the North the Global Defense Initiative oppressor and enslaves the German people. Now the Southern theater has only three none Scrin territories. The rebels are run to Ukraine as a safe haven from GDI Oppression and they plan on eventually returning and consider themselves a government in Exile.
