  • Summary

  • “Women’s Expressions on Leadership, Learning & Liberty” Studies show most men are struggling to find their true purpose and the numbers appear to be rising. How can we turn this around? Seemingly, now more than ever, the world is facing daunting leadership and societal challenges. In our candid and unscripted conversation, accomplished women share their personal stories, insights, and perspectives on our differences, communication and understanding, AND the leadership challenges men (and, women) face. In a world still dominated primarily by men, these honest perspectives can be a genuine catalyst for male leadership improvement--at home, in business, and, in the communities we live. By exploring possibilities and opportunities for self-improvement and transformation, we offer men hope in an ever-changing, fast-paced, complex world. True freedom is exemplified by the choices we make—do we men seek self-improvement and positive transformation, or do we continue to lead with status quo methodologies, perhaps, creating even more divide in society? Humanity depends upon our answer. So, does our own success and personal happiness and those of others, the people we lead.

  • Ep: 020 - Heidi Hansing
    Oct 19 2022
Heidi Hansing comes from a long family tradition of patriotic values and military service. She enlisted in the US Army as a 17-year old freshman in college and served simultaneously in the US Reserves and ROTC until her graduation and commissioning. She graduated with a BA degree in International Affairs, a Specialty in Soviet Politics, and a Minor in Military Science. As an officer, she earned her jump wings at Airborne School before serving the remainder of her active duty service overseas.   Since her separation from military service, Heidi has been a small business owner and investor. She has served as a humanitarian aid director in the south Yucatan, Mexico.   Heidi is fiercely politically independent and served on the executive board of a renowned grassroots organization. She is extremely adept in the legislative process and trained many citizen lobbyists. She owned and operated a firearms dealership, specializing in self and home defense for women. For several years, she was a popular hard-hitting radio personality in Texas politics. She was honored to be elected to serve her community on the City Council of League City, Texas.   Now politically retired, Heidi is a cross-country adventure motorcyclist and freelance book narrator. She remains active in veteran's advocacy and volunteerism, serving those who have served us. She is, above all, a proud Blue Star Mom.

    Oct 5 2022
I was born in the Czech Republic, studied law in the Czech Republic with my post-graduate studies in Germany. As I always wanted to study in a foreign language, I realized it - my grant, found a professor as a tutor and in October 1999 I moved to Germany. In October 2003 I got married with a German guy, stayed in Germany and as my law studies was not acknowledged, I studied economics, marketing and tourism for 3 years in Germany, every 3 months I worked in a tourism company and other 3 months I went to the University. As I love mountains so much and I really wished to live in the Swiss Alps, I find an internship in South Switzerland (it was the 3 last months of the practical studies). After finishing my diploma in Germany, in September 2007 I moved to Switzerland. My German husband was not so happy about that, he came one month later to Switzerland and two years later we got divorced. Since September 2007 I am living in Switzerland - I worked every time in marketing and tourism and I moved around to get different experiences. I've lived in South Switzerland, St. Moritz in the east, Interlaken and Bernese Oberland and now in the Central Switzerland, at the Lake Lucerne. After covid hit the tourism sector, I developed myself in digital marketing and especially in LinkedIn marketing and one year ago I started my business with LinkedIn where I take care of LinkedIn accounts of CEOs and C-Level executives, or I coach them how to realize their goals with LinkedIn efficiently and strategically or I teach my experiences and knowledges during LinkedIn workshops/ presentations in companies and at Universities.
