Once again I'm trying to catch fire. To be honest I actually recorded this audio about two weeks ago when my battery went dead on my car. I wasn't in the most robust mood but I wanted to see if studies were true.
According to scientific-studies "Some research suggests that sleep, particularly REM sleep, can facilitate insight and problem-solving by promoting the reorganization of information and the formation of novel connections" (chat-gpt)
I'm aware more research is needed to validate this research but for me, it seems to hold some truth. My thoughts are the clearest just before I go to bed and right after I wake up. If you've experienced something similar can you leave a comment?
