This week in the bunker, just after another GIC meeting, Troy is joined by the coach of the Head Coach, Nicole Chapa; OC to the OC Sidney Donadio, and Chair of the Events Committee (and Head Coach of the Helm Household) Trista Helm as they get into the nitty-gritty of coaching the coaches and running the golf tournament. From postgame pep talks to making the grade on the golf course, these ladies are at the helm of the ship and running the show of the best small college football experience in America!

Well, it happened! Andy is officially a grandpa and this early morning recording of this week's episode reflects his excitement to get on the road to see Baby Ruth! Troy and Andy tackle the subject of NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) and the effect it has on college sports - good, bad, or indifferent. We like the NAIA the way it is and consider what that means for college sports.

This week, Andy is fishing and Troy is fishing for answers about Waldorf University Wrestling from Head Coach, Ryan Dickinson. Coach Dickinson has been leading the Warrior Wrestlers since 2019 and has a lot to share about the program and its mentality. He knows what it takes to have a "Warrior Ethos" because he's also been a soldier in the Iowa Army National Guard for 17 years and will soon be heading out the door once again to serve our country. This week, the Gridiron Club begins it's 4th season of podcasting and Andy and Troy invite Coaches Bri and Matt Ebenhoe to the bunker to talk about football's sister sport every fall: Women's Volleyball! The Warrior Volleyball program has garnered success in the GPAC and maintains the highest GPA on campus as a team. Coaches Ebenhoe have led the WUVB program since 2017 and are absolutely happy to educate a couple of footballers on the fast-paced, exciting sport of volleyball....it's a MATCH, Troy - not a game!
