Walz' Ties to China, FBI Interference And More On The Brett Winterble Show

  • Summary

  • Tune in here to this Wednesday's edition of the Brett Winterble Show!

Brett kicks off the program by talking about a message released by the House Oversight Committee after Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and his agency were “wholly unresponsive” to records requests regarding Governor Walz’s China ties, which “raises serious concerns about the Department’s fulfillment of its mission to resolutely protect the nation’s homeland,” said committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.).

The House Judiciary Committee is examining a whistleblower report that the FBI targeted former President Donald Trump soon after he announced his presidential campaign in June 2015. An off-the-books operation ordered by FBI Director James B. Comey that predated the Crossfire Hurricane operation.

We're joined by US Congressmen Ronnie Jackson from Texas to talk about key political issues, focusing primarily on the Biden administration's handling of immigration and border security. Jackson will share his views on the perceived failures of current policies, emphasizing concerns about national security and the economic impact of immigration.

Bo Thompson from Good Morning BT is also here for this Wednesday's episode of Crossing the Streams. Brett and Bo talk about possible discussions that may take place at News and Brews tonight. Bo also shares what he and Beth have coming up tomorrow on Good Morning BT!
