About this listen

Life is freaking hard. We are all doing hard things every single day – things like loving and losing; caring for children and parents; forging and ending friendships; battling addiction, illness, and loneliness; struggling in our jobs, our marriages, and our divorces; setting boundaries; and fighting for equality, purpose, freedom, joy, and peace. On We Can Do Hard Things, Glennon Doyle, author of UNTAMED; her wife Abby Wambach; and her sister Amanda Doyle do the only thing they’ve found that has ever made life easier: Drop the fake and talk honestly about the hard things including sex, gender, parenting, blended families, bodies, anxiety, addiction, justice, boundaries, fun, quitting, overwhelm . . . all of it. We laugh and cry and help each other carry the hard so we can all live a little bit lighter and braver, free-er, less alone.© Glennon Doyle. All Rights Reserved. I will be re- listening to the boundaries session!! From understanding what it means to set boundaries to realizing what and who I am responsible for. These are all things I have struggled with as an empath/sensitive and it was a much needed eye opener. Thank you Glennon and your sister for opening up this dialogue and sharing I have a newfound and much needed appreciation for boundaries. Michele

I was married to a man for 30 years. Pushed down feeling I didn’t know I had. Finally one night after a few glasses of wine I got the nerve to ask a woman out. Everyone in my life said they were not surprised. Ps. She is sleeping next to me as I write this. At 50 something I feel real. Everything about this podcast made me feel supported.

Thank you
