    Quarterbacks (QB)

For Week 10, Bo Nix is a strong start given his favorable matchup and ability to capitalize on a defense that has struggled against quarterbacks who can move. Russell Wilson also makes the list as a start this week. Jordan Love is another QB to bench—he’s been inconsistent, and his matchup against a strong defense makes him a risky start. As for sleepers, Jameis Winston offers upside if he plays, as he faces a defense that can be exploited through the air.

    Running Backs (RB)

At running back, Kareem Hunt stands out as a top start with a favorable matchup against a defense that has struggled against the run. He’s been involved in the offense more and could be in for a big week. On the other hand, Travis Etienne should be benched this week. He faces a defense that has been stingy against the run and may not find much room to work. Tony Pollard has a tough matchup this week makes him a risky option. For sleepers, Alexander Mattison could see more work this week with the new OC, and Jaylen Warren has been quietly effective in a split backfield. If you’re in deeper leagues, Zamir White could have a sneaky role with potential for increased snaps under Turner as OC. (STASH)

    Wide Receivers (WR)

For wide receivers, Cedric Tillman is a must-start. He has thrived against man coverage this season and faces a defense that struggles to defend against deep passes. DeAndre Hopkins, on the other hand, should be benched this week. His matchup isn’t ideal, and with the offense in flux, it’s tough to rely on him for big points. If you’re looking for sleepers, Jameson Williams is a deep threat with the potential to explode in a favorable matchup. He’s been inconsistent but can make big plays, especially if he sees more targets this week IF Laporta is OUT.

    Tight Ends (TE)

Tight end can be a bit tricky. For sleepers, Jonnu Smith and Will Dissly are both in situations where they could see increased targets in favorable matchups. They’re not must-starts, but if you’re in need of a streaming option, either could outperform expectations this week.

    Kickers (K)

In Week 10, John Parker Romo is a solid sleeper kicker. If you’re looking for a streamer, Romo is in a position to score plenty of points, especially in a game likely to feature a lot of field goal attempts. Cairo Santos, however, is a kicker to avoid—he’s been inconsistent and his matchup isn’t ideal for fantasy success.

    Defenses (DST)

When it comes to defenses, Texans DST and Rams DST are worth starting. Both have favorable matchups this week, with opportunities to create turnovers and put up solid fantasy points. Steelers DST also has bust potential—this week’s matchup is tough, and they may struggle to generate fantasy points.
