Vendors often enjoy a brief honeymoon period as they move forward with a reviews campaign. The five-star reviews keep rolling in. That’s because they have approached their very best customers - the ones they knew they could count on to leave a five-star review.

But that’s not going to last forever. The day will come when a dreaded low-scoring review goes online. It could be a one-star, a two-star, or a three-star review. Or it could even be a four-star where the vendor is damned by faint praise. One thing is for sure, it is important to work through the issue. And by playing your cards right, there is something you can do about it.
