We embark on a mission to find Frome's oldest pub. Sonia breaks a sweat (and maybe a smile) trying out the Wildcat Sauna at the Rye Bakery. Daisy sits down with Local Legend Ginny (aka Cheryl) from dance class Mojo Moves. Daisy and Sonia head to Frome Museum to investigate where the town began. They interview the management team at music venue, the Cheese and Grain, and find out why Glastonbury Festival could be coming to Frome in 2026. Sonia tries indoor rock climbing at the Boulder Rooms, Daisy joins the town's spring cleaning team.
