Tim is currently the Vice President of Talent Development & Inclusion at Walt Disney Television.
They discuss his experience as a Black Executive who developed such groundbreaking series as Dawson's Creek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, 7th Heaven, and Felicity. After working in development, McNeal had a first-look writing deal at the WB.
His upcoming book will have more Hollywood insights into his long and successful career in the Entertainment Industry.
