In recent times, formal education (training the natural mind) has been accorded a lot of attention and importance to the neglect of spiritual education. However, spiritual education (spiritual training) should be preeminent because unlike natural education , its benefits are not only in this material world, but transcend the material world. Hence, people must be dedicated to spiritual training by the Lord through the church.

In this message, “Why We Must Come to Church”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter demonstrates the need for spiritual education and explains how this is achieved through being consistent in church. He highlights the benefits of being committed to church: access to spiritual knowledge from the Word of God and its inherent spirit (anointing), as well as the encouragement from the camaraderie spirit obtained from fellowship with the brethren. Finally, he admonishes that one should be consistent in church and labour to assimilate or understand the Word and receive the spirit thereof which is God's provision for the Christian journey.

Beloved, staying committed to your spiritual education has immense benefit in this life and hereafter! Give yourself wholly to your training; you will be inspired and will reap the reward thereof!
