    • 2 tablespoons cupuacu butter

    • 3–5 drops of lavender essential oil (optional)
    • 1 teaspoon oat flour (for gentle exfoliation)

    Instructions:

    1. In a small bowl, mix cupuacu butter and raw honey until smooth.
    2. Add aloe vera gel and blend thoroughly.
    3. If desired, mix in lavender essential oil for a soothing aroma.
    4. Gradually add oat flour for a creamy, spreadable consistency.
    5. Apply a generous layer to clean, dry feet.
    6. Wrap your feet in a warm towel for 15–20 minutes to enhance absorption.
    7. Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
