I was so excited to listen to this podcast, and you seem like a wonderful young lady. But, I have sensitive ears to some sounds, mostly smacking of one’s lips and or chewing of food out loud. I had to take my headphones out. So I tried it without my headphones, on speaker phone and I even prayed to give me the strength to listen all the way through. I even tried a different podcast. But you literally smack your lips about every 30-45 seconds, beginning and ending sentences, and sometimes just to pause in between with loud popping of your mouth. You have a wonderful voice aside from the popping. I wish I could listen to this. I was really excited, but my ears are way to sensitive. I hope this isn’t a problem for most. And with that being said I will not be able to finish listening, I only got through about 30-40 minutes before my anxiety and nerves said, just turn it off. I wish you the best!
I have very large lips and an over bite, and this is not a problem for me, so I feel as if it is just habit for some people to do this, but it is very aggravating to people with sensitive hearing. I never leave reviews, but maybe this will help you with future podcasts, and or mic placement so close to your mouth. I promise I am not just trying to be a Karen. Good luck 😘
