I had a customer experience experience today. I was the custdomer. It wasn't terrible service, or really even bad. But it could have been a lot better.
How I dealt with a situation where i could see the employee trying to help me was frustrated probably helped us both have a better day, and I'm guessing, probably the next customer he helped as well.
