Her techniques encompass crystal Reiki healing, brain balancing, aura clearing, Reiki movement, activation of Earth Star Chakra and Body, Spiritual guidance.

    Today, Katya has created a sustainable fitness coaching business called Body Strong Vibes. Here, she aligns clients in Body, Mind, and Spirit, offering custom guidance and holistic alternatives to help them understand their trauma and empower them on their healing journey.
